A website I designed for a client in America as part of my position as a Web & Branding Designer at TAILOR BRANDS company
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Brand website & Online store for a houses and offices cleaning services. To protect the client's privacy, part of the website and client's details are hidden.
THE PROBLEM
Follow the client's brief and brand guidelines and express them in the UX.UI & Branding process of the website design while taking into account the exact target audience. The primary goal of this project is to create a visually appealing and user-friendly website that effectively communicates the company's values and high-level cleaning services. By emphasizing their commitment to cleaning with love and treating each client's space as if it were their own, the website should instill trust and confidence in potential clients, ultimately leading to increased bookings and customer satisfaction.
THE GOAL

USER RESEARCH
Mapping out the user journey from the initial search for cleaning services to the booking process and post-service feedback allowed us to identify key touchpoints where the website design can enhance the user experience and address user needs effectively.
By conducting comprehensive user research, we were able to gain a deep understanding of the target audience for the cleaning services website. This research informed the design decisions and content strategy, ensuring that the website resonates with potential clients and effectively communicates the company's values of high-level services, cleaning with love, and treating the client's home or office as if it were the company's own.

By creating personas like Sarah and David, we can better understand the needs and preferences of our target audience and tailor the website design and content to resonate with them. This personalized approach will help attract and retain clients who value high-quality cleaning services delivered with care and professionalism.
